PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
1:1 therapeutic sessions will integrate yogic tools with evidence-based practices to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, all in a safe and welcoming environment. Private yoga sessions can last either 30 or 60 minutes. These are open to everyone, not only Woven clients.
YOGA GROUP CLASSES
We are passionate about providing a safe place for developing tools to calm a busy mind and relax a tense body. We believe the yoga mat is a place for inquiry and discovery, not performance, competition, or aesthetics. Our classes are appropriate for everyone, no prior experience, fancy clothes, or equipment are needed. Open to everyone, not only Woven clients.
SMALL GROUP/SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
Designed For You & Your Special Group
Grab yourself and up to 3 friends and join us for a small group private yoga session. This is your chance to practice in a safe, clean, studio (not your living room on Zoom) with your buddies! The teacher can tailor each session to meet your needs and experience level.
The cost is $65 for an hour class (up to 4 people total) and one payment is required for the group. Reach out with questions and to schedule a time.

SPECIAL YOGA NIDRA NIGHT
This one-hour class begins with gentle yin or restorative poses to prepare the body, mindful breathing to still the mind, and closes with 20 - 30 minutes of blissfully relaxing Yoga Nidra. All levels are welcome.
